Cryptocurrency is separated into coins and tokens. But what is the difference?🤔
A cryptocurrency running on its own, a separate blockchain is a coin. If other currencies run on the same blockchain, they are called tokens because they take advantage of an existing solution.
Examples of coins would be BTC, ETH, and BNB.
An example of a token would be any cryptocurrency located, for example, on the Ethereum blockchain: SHIB, CRO, QNT, APE, and many others🪙
