🪙When Satoshi Nakomoto created the world's first cryptocurrency, he had to come up with a name and logo for it. The name bitcoin is now familiar to everyone in the cryptocurrency world and even beyond, and has been with the cryptocurrency from the beginning. The logo, on the other hand, got its modern look after several iterations:
Initially, the logo featured a gold coin with "BC" written on it.
A year later, Satoshi updated the logo by removing the "C" and adding the familiar stripes at the top and bottom of the "B".
✅Shortly thereafter, an anonymous user known only as Bitboy proposed his own version of the logo. In it, the "B" was slightly tilted, and the coin went from voluminous and gold to flat and monotonous orange. This logo was well received by the community and is now the most common and recognizable.
